The writing contest is back!

October is National Book Month — to celebrate, ChargerInk. is hosting another creative writing contest to show your imagination and love for words.

Here’s how to enter:
1. Write anything you want. It must be fiction and 500 words or less — as well as age-appropriate — but the plot, genre, and everything else are up to you.
2. MAKE SURE that your writing is on a Google Doc.
3. Email your submission to [email protected]. Submissions will be accepted until Friday, October 28, and the winners will be announced on ChargerInk.
4. Have fun with it — make it personal or about somebody you never met; set it right here in Boerne or a planet lightyears away; make it several paragraphs long or just a few lines. It’s up to you.

To win, follow the guidelines and make sure your writing is well-developed, entertaining, and age-appropriate. The winner will have their writing (and photo, if willing) published in the school newspaper.
